These terms are a placeholder for launch. Please consult our counsel-reviewed version before going live.

1. Service

CallPico provides real phone numbers powered by licensed telecom carriers worldwide, on top of your existing SIM. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with your local telecommunications regulations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately at security@callpico.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Billing

Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel any time in-app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Number rentals are non-refundable beyond seven days from purchase.

4. Acceptable use

No spam, no robocalls, no harassment, no unlawful content. We may suspend lines that trigger carrier-level abuse signals while we investigate.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you in-app at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
